Who are we? Administrator's data

Scope of application, legal basis, purposes, principles.

This Policy applies to the processing of Personal Data in connection with the use of the SOS Niania mobile application and the Services provided by the administrator, made available to users through the mobile application described below.

Each user has the possibility to provide Personal Data to the Administrator while using the mobile application by filling in the forms available in the Application, including the registration form and electronically or in any other way, as well as when reporting problems while using the mobile application.

The Administrator processes Personal Data for the purpose of:

What data do we collect about you?

DATA PROVIDED BY YOU

During registration, we collect the following data:

  • in case of registration via Google account: first name, last name, email address
  • in case of registration using your email address: email address
  • in case of registration via Facebook: first name, last name, email address

If you successfully complete the registration process, we will collect the following data:

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Phone number
  • Location
  • portrait photo

It is your responsibility to ensure that the data provided is true and up-to-date.

DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY WHEN YOU USE THE SOS NIANIA APPLICATION

Location information Depending on your privacy settings on your mobile device, we automatically collect and process information about your current location. This is done using GPS technology, Wi-Fi access points. Data regarding your exact location is not displayed in the profile, it is only used to determine the approximate distance with other Users viewing your profile.

If you have given SOS Niania access to your location but want to turn it off, you can do so as follows:

  • Android System: Settings, Location, SOS Niania, permissions, location
  • iOS System: Settings, Privacy, Location Services, SOS Niania
  • Rating and opinion data - we collect and share data on ratings and opinions you have given and received.
  • Reference data - we collect and share data on references provided by you.
  • Chat conversation data - we collect information about chat Users participating in the conversation, information about message content and information you provide through this functionality and response times.
  • Device data - we collect information about your mobile device including unique device identifier, device model and information system.
  • Login data - We collect information about your login to the application such as registration date, last login date, password changes.
  • Reference data - we collect and share data on references provided by you.
  • Survey data - we collect data from optional surveys aimed at gathering information about satisfaction with the mobile application, in order to improve the quality of services provided.

Profile information

We recommend not to include your email address, phone number, full address, URLs, national identification numbers, driver's license data and other sensitive information on your profile that may be misused.

Age policy

To use the mobile application, you must be at least 18 years old.

Who do we share your data with?

We use the following service providers:

  • hosting and application maintenance providers
  • ICT service providers
  • customer service providers
  • marketing agencies
  • accounting and bookkeeping offices

We share your data when such an obligation arises from applicable law, in particular at the request of the prosecutor's office, Police and other state authorities.

What rights do you have?

In accordance with GDPR regulations, the User has the following rights:

  • right to information on how and by whom your personal data is processed;
  • right of access to the data provided;
  • right to update/rectify your data;
  • right to delete your data;
  • right to object;
  • right to request restriction of Personal Data processing;
